When sending bulky goods (shipping shipment), we calculate as follows:
Shipping costs = shipping weight * factor + base price
Factor 0-4.99kg = 0.89 € / kg
base price = €12.0
From 50kg
factor = 0.95 € / kg
base price = €50.0
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Parcels sent by Express are subject to additional costs which are communicated to you on request.

Delivery delay
Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods in France within 2 to 7 days, for foreign deliveries (in Europe only) within 4 to 15 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment).
These delivery times are only indicative and intended to give you an approximate indication of the deadlines and do not represent a contractual obligation.
Deadlines may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.
The indications of deadlines are understood in working days.
Note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you.
The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Payment terms
For deliveries in FRANCE, you have the following payment options:
- Payment at the counter
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Prepayment by credit card online
- Payment by SEPA direct debit (subject to acceptance of the file)
- Payment by SEPA B2B direct debit
- Payment via PayPal
For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:

More payment details:
When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA B2B Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a prior notification at least 5 days before the collection date. Please note that you must provide sufficient funds in your account on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

Return and withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal for the consumer
(a consumer is a natural person, who carries out a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor within the framework of his independent professional activity).
Right of withdrawal for individuals
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days to revoke the contract without having to justify it.
The withdrawal period is 2 weeks from the day,
- after the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes or takes physical possession of the items or, in the case of a single order relating to one or more items and if this or these latter is or are delivered uniformly;
- after the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes or takes physical possession of the last item or, in the case of a single order for several items and if these are delivered separately;
- after the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last partial shipment or the last article or, if you have ordered an article which is delivered in several partial shipments or in several articles ;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GED, 469 Avenue Ben GOURION, LYON FRANCE Tel: 0972 6036 15) of your decision to withdraw from the contract concerned by an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by post or email ).
These conditions apply if the notification relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is transmitted by the consumer before the expiry of the said period.
Right of withdrawal between professionals
Article L121-16-1 of the Consumer Code extends the rules relating to the right of withdrawal to relations between consumers and professionals, to contracts concluded off-premises between two professionals when the subject of these contracts does not fall within the field of the main activity of the professional solicited and that the number of employees employed by the latter is less than or equal to five.
The right of withdrawal between professionals is applicable when the following three conditions are met:

the contract must be concluded outside the establishment,
-
the subject of the contract must not fall within the main field of activity of the company,
-
the number of employees in the company must be less than or equal to five.
When the three conditions allowing the implementation of the right of withdrawal are met, the professional client can withdraw within fourteen days. The period runs from the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services, or the receipt of the goods within the framework of a contract for the sale of goods.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have collected, excluding delivery costs, without delay at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification relating to the revocation of this contract. .
For reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for your transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will we charge extra for the reimbursement of sums.
Reimbursement will be made only after you have collected the items or until you have provided proof that you have returned the items, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the items to us without delay and in any case no later than 2 weeks from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the items before the expiry of the 2-week period.
The direct costs of returning shippable goods and the direct costs of returning non-shippable goods are your responsibility.
Your liability is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to ensure the quality, nature and proper functioning of these goods.
Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of revocation does not exist for contracts
-
delivery of goods which are not produced in advance and for which a choice or selection by the consumer is decisive for their production or which are clearly tailored to the specific needs of the consumer;
-
delivery of goods which can quickly deteriorate or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
-
delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations on which the entrepreneur does not has no hold;
-
delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines except subscription contracts.
The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts

delivery of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygienic reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
-
delivery of the goods if these have been mixed indivisibly with other goods after their delivery due to their nature;
-
delivery of voice or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the closure has been removed after delivery.
